What's your return policy?

All returns to Scents & Savagery must be NEW, UNUSED and UNOPENED — and returned within 15 days of receiving your order. We will not refund your original shipping expenses.

The only items eligible for returns are items received damaged  or items received in error. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, NEW, UNUSED and UNOPENED and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return for an item received damaged or item received in error, contact us at  with accompanying photos to receive further direction about your return.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processingand 3-5 business days for shipping – excluding weekend & holidays.

All shipment costs are determined by weight.

We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $100.00 dollars.

Please be aware that address changes cannot be made once your order has been placed.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

What if I never received my order?

What if I receive a defective order?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If damage occurred to any of the items you ordered,  please contact us at 
within three (3) days to receive a free return shipping label to return items so that a replacement item or credit can be provided.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

You don't...because you can't.

What are your candles made of?

Every Scents & Savagery candle is hand poured and uses the finest ingredients available — including a proprietary soy wax blend infused with a generous, room-filling 12% fragrance load replete with 100% natural wicks that help our candles burn soot-free when
cared for properly.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we don't — but we're working on it. Sign up for our newsletter to get updates on when it's (international shipping) going down.

Why do you say "home fragrances" when you only sell candles?

Dope question — thanks for asking. We're in the lab makin' it happen and after we release our next couple of candle collections our drop will begin to feature coordinating candles, lotions and soaps. Stay tuned.
